What started out as a side gig, Journeyman carpenter, Whitney Buettner, left her industrial construction career to pursue this business full time. With more than a decade of experience on the tools and in project management, she has an eye for detail and a passion to provide an education-first renovation experience.

After our initial meeting to discuss design, budget, timelines and the reality of living in a renovation, we will consistently communicate with you to solidify a plan, a price and a start date. Contracts get signed, deposits are accepted, permits are in place, materials are ordered, logistics get managed, inspections are complete and our crews are cleaned, consider your renovation complete.

From start to finish, navigating city permits to demolition, hiring and managing sub-trades, framing to final coats of paint, we are committed to providing a organized, clean, safe experience throughout the duration of the project.

Although we are a small team with the added help of our respected sub-trades, we ensure we can get the job done professionally while taking great pride in our craft and genuinely having fun at work.
